Our Organic Hojiblanca has been highlighted by the judges for its "high intensity, presenting notes of tomato, banana, green apple, artichoke, vegetables and citrus, with a great balance and freshness in the mouth. An intense, balanced and complete oil with a spiciness that appears in progression".
