In 2017 we began the sustainable transition with the aim of producing the best Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, producing an EVOO on a par with Peña Luna. Today, our Hojiblanca is an exquisite oil that has won several awards in the EVOO sector:

Tasting note
Fruity of green olives of medium-high intensity, and aromatic notes of freshly cut grass, wild plants and vegetables. Tomato, green grass and artichoke appear. Progressive bitterness and spiciness. It has a pleasant persistence, it is a very aromatic and balanced oil.
Food pairing
It is a delicious oil to consume raw at breakfast and snacks with traditional breads.
