OLIVE OIL WITH MANDARIN

Our citrus oil is obtained by grinding the olives directly with the mandarins, which gives it a unique flavour. No essences are used at any time.

Food pairing: Mandarin citrus goes well with chocolate, biscuits and salmon.

OLIVE OIL WITH LIME

Our citrus oil is obtained by grinding the olives directly with the limes, which gives it a unique flavour. At no time are essences used.

Food pairing: Lime citrus olive oil goes well with tropical salads, avocado and white fish.

OLIVE OIL WITH LEMON

Our citrus oil is obtained by grinding the olives directly with the mandarins, which gives it a unique flavour. No essences are used at any time.

Our basil oil is obtained by grinding the olives directly with the basil, which gives it a unique flavour. No essences are used at any time.

Food pairing: Basil oil goes well with pasta, pizzas, tomato and sauces.

Our garlic oil is obtained by grinding our olives directly with the garlic, which gives it a unique flavour. No essences are used at any time.

Food pairing: Garlic oil goes well with black garlic salad, fish, gazpachuelo and garlic soup.

OLIVE OIL WITH ESPELETTE PEPPER

Espelette pepper originates from the French Basque Country, this pepper is characterised by its vibrant flavour and moderate spiciness, which adds depth to any dish. It is rated 4,000 on the Scoville scale and often replaces pepper in Basque cuisine as it is more aromatic than pepper.

The combination of EVOO and capsicum produces an oil with a mild spicy taste in the mouth. From dressing your salads to enhancing the flavour of your favourite dishes, this EVOO adds a unique dimension to your cooking.
