Ingredients
🥩 250 g of beef (it must be a clean meat, without excess fat)
🧅 1/4 spring onion or sweet onion
🥚 1 egg yolk
🥒 5 or 6 sweet and sour gherkins
🥒 Capers
🥄 A good splash of our Ancestral EVOO
🥄 2 tablespoons soy sauce
🥄 A few drops of Perrins sauce
🥄 1 pinch of salt
🥄 A little pepper
🥄 1/2 teaspoon honey
🥄 1/2 teaspoon mustard
Elaboration
1️⃣ Place the egg yolk, onion, gherkins and finely chopped capers in a bowl.
2️⃣ Add our Ancestral EVOO, soy sauce, mustard, Perrins sauce and mix well.
3️⃣ Finally, mince the meat with a knife and add it to the bowl.
Stir a little and our fantastic Tartar is ready. 🤤.
