Ingredients

 

🧀 Fresh mozzarella.

🌿 Fresh basil.

🍊 A persimon.

🧀 Parmesan cheese.

Elaboration

 

1️⃣ Peel and cut the persimmon into thin slices and arrange them on a plate.


2️⃣ Cut the mozzarella into slices and add them.


3️⃣ Place fresh basil leaves on each slice of mozzarella.

4️⃣Grate the Parmesan cheese generously over the mixture.

5️⃣ For the final touch, add a good splash of our Basil EVOO.
