Preparaci\u00f3n de los Tomates:<\/strong> Lava bien los tomates y c\u00f3rtalos en cuartos. No es necesario pelarlos, ya que luego se pasar\u00e1 por un colador o un chino para eliminar las pieles y las semillas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Mezclado Inicial:<\/strong> Coloca los tomates en una batidora o procesador de alimentos y trit\u00faralos hasta obtener un pur\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. A\u00f1adir el Ajo:<\/strong> Pela el diente de ajo y a\u00f1\u00e1delo a la mezcla. La cantidad de ajo puede ajustarse seg\u00fan tu gusto personal; un diente de ajo suele ser suficiente para darle ese toque caracter\u00edstico sin dominar el sabor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.
