What are the London IOOC Awards?<\/h2>\n

The London IOOC is one of the most respected competitions in the olive oil world, judging extra virgin olive oils from around the world. The competition covers several categories, including quality, design, health claims and infused oils. The prizes are awarded by a panel of experts through a blind tasting, which ensures impartiality and accuracy in the evaluation.<\/p>\n

Our Coupage Ancestral<\/a> is the result of a meticulous combination of our single-varietal EVOOs, carefully selected for their flavor and unique features. Ancestral Coupage is crafted each year by an international team of professional tasters at our Ancestral Event, offering a flavor profile that is both complex and balanced.<\/p>\n

The Platinum Medal is a special award awarded to the best EVOOs in each category. This recognition reinforces our commitment to the production of olive oil of the highest quality, using sustainable and environmentally friendly methods.<\/p>\n
